Bioinformatics Analysis

In this project, I published 2 articles as the first author and co-authored 4 articles.

Led a bioinformatics analysis of GEO datasets to clarify the relationship between a gene named KIF2C expression and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer, and to evaluate the possibility of using KIF2C as a prognosis marker in bladder cancer.
Participated as a principal analyst in studies utilizing gene co-expression networks for the analysis of bladder cancer biomarkers.
